Built on truth, not performance.

Founded in 2022, Raise Your Spark has grown from a simple yes into a thriving Christian women's community reaching women across the country and beyond. Through healing, discipleship, sisterhood, mentorship, prayer, retreats, and intentional community, we create spaces where women can grow in Christ and walk boldly in their purpose.

This is not a highlight reel. This is real life, real growth, and real freedom.

The Women’s Inner Circle is our Christian women’s mentorship membership. Through Mindset Mondays, Book Club, and accountability, women are guided to grow deeper in faith, identity, and purpose.

The Sister Connection Project reflects how we care for one another within our Christian women's community. It strengthens authentic sisterhood and complements our existing welcome experience—it is not another membership or a separate paid program. To be welcomed. To be known. Yocairys Diaz

Founder · Visionary · Speaker

Yocairys gave her life to Jesus at 17 while in prison. Her journey is a testament to God's grace — and what can happen when obedience, healing, and purpose come together. After years of navigating personal growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship, she gave her full yes to ministry in 2022 with one passion: helping women heal, grow, and become who God created them to be.

Known for her honesty, wisdom, and ability to lead with both conviction and compassion, Yocairys has dedicated her life to creating transformational spaces centered around healing, identity, leadership, and intentional living. Her work is rooted in helping women break cycles, rediscover who they are, and build lives aligned with purpose, clarity, and faith. Through Raise Your Spark, she has built a sisterhood where women can heal, grow, and lead.

Where are you located?

Raise Your Spark isn’t tied to one physical location—we’re a global sisterhood. We connect online and gather in person through worship nights, dinners, events, and retreats in different cities and countries. Wherever you call home, you can be part of Raise Your Spark.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Our free community is open to every woman, and no paid membership is required. The Women’s Inner Circle is an optional membership for women who want mentorship and accountability through Mindset Mondays and Book Club. Discipleship—our prayer calls and Bible study—is free for everyone.

What’s the difference between the free community and the Inner Circle?

The free community is where discipleship happens for everyone: prayer calls, Bible study, connection, encouragement, and belonging. The Women’s Inner Circle adds mentorship through Mindset Mondays, Book Club, and accountability.

How do I find out about in-person gatherings?

Worship nights, dinners, and pop-up events are announced in our free community app and on Instagram. Retreat dates and registration are on the Re-Ignite Retreat website.

When do you meet online?

Mindset Mondays are every Monday at 7:30 PM CST for Inner Circle members. Our prayer call is every Wednesday at 6:30 AM CST, and our Live Virtual Bible Study is the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM CST. Both are free and open to every woman.

Do I need to attend a retreat to belong?

Not at all. Re-Ignite is one way to experience our Heal • Grow • Lead mission—not a requirement for belonging.

How can I serve with Raise Your Spark?

Join our Partner Interest List. It’s a waitlist rather than an open application, and we’ll reach out as opportunities become available. Active Partners are expected to participate in the Inner Circle.

How do I submit a prayer request?
