Founded in 2022, Raise Your Spark has grown from a simple yes into a thriving Christian women's community reaching women across the country and beyond. Through healing, discipleship, sisterhood, mentorship, prayer, retreats, and intentional community, we create spaces where women can grow in Christ and become who God has called them to be.

Yocairys Diaz

Leader · Visionary · Mentor

Yocairys gave her life to Jesus at 17 while in prison. Her journey is a testament to God's grace — and what can happen when obedience, healing, and purpose come together. After years of navigating personal growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship, she gave her full yes to ministry in 2022 with one passion: helping women heal, grow, and become who God created them to be.

Known for her honesty, wisdom, and ability to lead with both conviction and compassion, Yocairys has dedicated her life to creating transformational spaces centered around healing, identity, leadership, and intentional living. Her work is rooted in helping women break cycles, rediscover who they are, and build lives aligned with purpose, clarity, and faith. Through Raise Your Spark, she has built
